Location: Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives across Pinnacle Intelligence. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing strategic HR guidance to leaders. The ideal candidate is a proactive change agent with strong business acumen and a passion for people development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies and initiatives that support business growth and talent optimization.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Mediate complex employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data and trends to inform succession planning, talent development, and organizational design strategies.
- Change Management: Lead people strategies during organizational change, including restructuring, expansion, or transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor and change champion.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial or business partner role. Experience in a BPO or high-growth tech environment is a plus.:

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools
- Deep understanding of labor laws and employee relations
- Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Must be willing to work fully onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Must be amenable to a late mid‑shift work schedule.
