MIS Manager

Position Summary:

The MIS Manager (Management Information Systems Manager) is a pivotal middle management role responsible for the design, integrity, and delivery of all operational and executive reporting across the organization. This role oversees the company's data infrastructure, ensuring that all data from CRM, WFM, and telephony systems is accurate, secure, and readily available. The MIS Manager is key to ensuring that every strategic decision is supported by reliable facts, embodying the core principle that "The Data Steers Us."

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Infrastructure & Integrity: Own the maintenance, security, and integrity of all operational databases and reporting systems. Ensure high data quality and reliability across all platforms used for performance management.
• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Lead the design and development of automated, executive-level dashboards and regular operational reports (e.g., using Microsoft Power BI) that provide actionable insights into BDC performance, client health, and organizational efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of MIS/Reporting Analysts, ensuring their technical development and the consistency and accuracy of their outputs.
• Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce data security protocols and governance policies to ensure compliance with client agreements and internal company standards regarding proprietary and confidential information.
• System Integration & Process: Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to seamlessly integrate data from new systems (CRM, DMS, Telephony) into the core data warehouse. Optimize reporting processes to reduce latency and improve delivery speed.
• Strategic Analysis: Proactively analyze data trends to identify bottlenecks, root causes of operational defects, and opportunities for process improvement, supporting the continuous drive to Accelerate with Precision.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), or MIS management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Experience in a BPO, contact center, or automotive environment is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL for database querying and management. Proven experience with major BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau). Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis tools.
• Data Management: Strong understanding of database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and executive-ready format.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a technical reporting team.
