Position Summary:

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will lead the strategic design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs across the organization. This role ensures that our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in salary structuring, benchmarking, and vendor negotiations, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end compensation and benefits strategy and processes of the organization.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular salary surveys and analyze compensation policies in relation to similar roles in other organizations.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with management and Finance leaders to forecast the costs and impact of compensation and benefits plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations concerning compensation and benefits.
  • Lead internal communication of changes in compensation and benefits programs.
  • Negotiate with vendors and administrators to secure optimal plans, options, and rates for health and other insurance benefits.
  • Stay updated on the latest compensation and benefits trends and legislation to maintain competitive positioning.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of leadership experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Strong background in salary structuring and benchmarking.
  • Proven experience in payroll oversight and vendor management.
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a BPO or high-growth environment is a plus.
