Position Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist at Pinnacle Intelligence is a pivotal member of our Talent Acquisition team, instrumental in delivering an exceptional end-to-end candidate journey. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for our dynamic BPO operations, focusing on attracting, assessing, and securing top talent while ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding. A key aspect of this role involves serving as the primary liaison and point of contact for all external recruitment agencies, managing these partnerships to optimize talent sourcing. The Specialist will also ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to internal policies and external regulatory compliance, contributing to a high-performing and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, primarily focusing on BPO operational positions (e.g., Vehicle Acquisition Specialists, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, etc.).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics, developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create compelling job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates.

2. Sourcing & Candidate Attraction:

  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, databases, and referrals.
  • Employ innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Represent Pinnacle Intelligence positively as an employer of choice to prospective candidates.

3. Exceptional Candidate Experience:

  • Be the champion of a positive and engaging candidate experience, from initial application through offer acceptance and hand-off to onboarding.
  • Provide proactive, timely, and constructive communication to candidates at every stage of the process, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively.
  • Gather candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process and overall experience.

4. External Partnerships & Agency Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external recruitment agencies, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Manage agency agreements, terms, and performance, ensuring they align with our talent acquisition needs and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews with agency partners to assess effectiveness, provide feedback, and optimize collaboration.

5. Recruitment Coordination, Onboarding Handoff & Compliance:

  • Efficiently manage interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
  • Coordinate and prepare accurate offer letters and all necessary pre-employment documentation.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition of newly hired employees to the Onboarding team, ensuring all required paperwork and information are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all internal recruitment policies, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local equivalents), and relevant labor laws throughout the recruitment and pre-onboarding phases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

6. Reporting & Metrics:

  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, conversion rates, candidate experience scores, and agency performance.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and effectiveness to the Recruitment Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a significant portion in a BPO or high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Demonstrated commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience, with strong customer service skills.
  • Agency Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and driving their performance.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media) to identify and attract candidates.
  • Interviewing & Assessment Skills: Strong ability to conduct effective behavioral and competency-based interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate roles clearly, engage candidates effectively, and liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, capable of managing multiple requisitions and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • ATS Proficiency: Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment workflow and candidate data.
  • Compliance & Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of recruitment compliance requirements, data integrity, and privacy principles.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to evolving hiring needs.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for roles within the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
