Position Summary:
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll and benefits administration across the organization. This role is responsible for managing government-mandated and company-provided benefits, processing payroll inputs, and delivering key reports that support strategic HR and financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) and company-specific benefits programs.
- Coordinate and validate payroll-related inputs including attendance, leaves, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors or internal payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Prepare and deliver reports on statutory contributions, benefits utilization, and cost analysis.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to payroll and benefits.
- Provide employee support and guidance on compensation and benefits-related queries.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within a BPO or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
- Experience in payroll processing is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local platforms).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
