Position Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous service while managing front desk operations. This role supports administrative tasks and ensures smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, documents)
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- Support Executive Assistant and Facilities Department with clerical duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Vocational course graduate; College degree preferred
- Minimum one year work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is good to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Average verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Customer service orientation
- Amenable to work in an office-based set-up from Monday - Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila Time
- May require occasional overtime during events or peak periods
