Position Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals across assigned programs or verticals. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, managing employee relations cases, and implementing retention and attrition management initiatives. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring that HR interventions support operational success and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR account management for assigned programs or verticals.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand objectives and deliver strategic HR support.
  • Design and implement attrition management strategies tailored to program needs.
  • Roll out employee engagement activities aligned with retention goals and company culture.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations (ER) cases with professionalism and compliance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to support holistic HR solutions.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations cases end-to-end.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in the Philippines.
