Position Summary:

Are you the go-to person for keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure everyone feels supported? Join our team as an HR Admin Associate and be at the heart of our people operations! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, including document management, filing, and record keeping

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR workflows

• Help foster a positive and productive workplace culture

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources or administrative support

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you’ve got that “admin magic”)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, resourceful, and a team player

• Willing to work onsite in Alabang

• Can start ASAP
