Company: Leading Melting & Foundry Shop Unit Specializing in High-Quality Steel Castings & Engineering known for precision manufacturing and advanced casting techniques.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Foundry Manager to oversee and optimize foundry operations, ensuring the efficient production of castings in CI (Cast Iron), SG (Spheroidal Graphite Iron) and Steel grades. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Methoding, Pattern Making and Molding (Hand Molding & Machine Molding) while driving operational excellence and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage foundry operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
• Oversee Methoding, ensuring optimal gating and risering systems for superior casting quality
• Manage Pattern Making, ensuring precision and durability for diverse casting requirements
• Supervise Hand Molding & Machine Molding processes, optimizing efficiency and consistency in casting production
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and ensure timely delivery
• Implement quality control measures, safety protocols, and process improvements
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet customization requirements for various casting grades
• Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Foundry Technology, or related field with 5+ Years of experience
• Proven experience in foundry operations with expertise in Methoding, Pattern Making and Molding (both Hand & Machine)
• Strong knowledge of CI, SG and Steel casting processes
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage production teams and drive efficiency
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
