Job Description

We seek an experienced Welding Engineer to oversee welding operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive efficiency. The role involves optimizing procedures, maintaining quality control, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise welding operations, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement efficient welding techniques
• Conduct inspections to uphold quality standards
• Collaborate with design teams for optimal weldability
• Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety
• Manage supplier coordination for materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of welding processes
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
• Stay updated on industry advancements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• 10-14 years of experience in welding and quality control
• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of AWS, ISO/EN, ASME welding standards and techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Hands-on expertise with welding tools and equipment
