We are looking for Dispatch Supervisors to manage daily tasks like loading, unloading, dispatch, production tracking, and record keeping. The role requires careful supervision to ensure smooth and accurate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods
• Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production
• Track production progress and ensure targets are met
• Work with warehouse and logistics teams to improve efficiency
• Make sure safety and quality standards are followed
• Guide team members and solve daily work challenges

Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate in any field
• Experience in factory work or logistics is a plus
• Good record-keeping and organization skills
• Ability to manage teams and ensure smooth workflow
• Basic computer skills for documentation
