Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic HR Executive to support human resource operations for a leading agro‑chemical manufacturing company in Raipur. The role offers exposure to HR practices in the fertilizer and pesticide industry, including recruitment, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement. Fresh graduates with an interest in HR careers in manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory compliance registers
• Coordinate joining formalities, induction programs, and employee engagement activities
• Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and HR policies
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support audits
• Liaise with internal departments to support workforce management in manufacturing operations

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in HR operations (freshers may apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS‑Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR and compliance functions
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Male candidates will be given preference
