Job Summary

We are hiring a Sr. Accountant (GST) to manage accounting operations and GST compliance for a reputed agro‑chemical manufacturing company in Raipur. The role requires strong expertise in Tally, taxation, and statutory filings, along with the ability to oversee day‑to‑day financial transactions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations using Tally ERP software
• Ensure accurate GST calculation, filing, and compliance with statutory deadlines
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports
• Handle vendor invoices, purchase entries, and payment processing
• Maintain records for taxation, audits, and statutory compliance
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for GST and tax matters
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in financial documentation

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA(Inter) qualification (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with GST specialization
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS‑Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, taxation, and compliance procedures
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage accounting functions in a manufacturing environment
