About the job Sales Agent

Our client is looking for individuals with a lot of energy and drive in the Sales Arena! You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect cell phone solution to meet their needs. You will provide expert advice on our range of products, including the latest smartphones, tablets, and accessories, and be able to reach their minimum sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.


  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Demonstrating product features and benefits clearly and concisely.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommending appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members!
  • Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.


  • Minimum qualification BGCSE/IGCSE or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and the language of the area he/she is assigned to (both written and spoken).
  • Retail Experience at least 2 years preferably in the cell phone industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile technology and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Drive, motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Must be charismatic and be able to interact with people.
  • Able to work unsupervised.
  • Timeous and Methodical able to plan.
  • Willingness to learn on a job.
  • Client-driven mindset and good customer service
  • Critical thinking skills when dealing with customer issues.
  • Must have a Smart cell phone.
