SALES AGENTS ADVERT

Our client is looking for individuals with a lot of energy and drive in the Sales Arena! They need to have effective communication skills, confident, self-motivated and be able to deal with customers daily. We are looking for someone who will be able to drive sales through engagement with customers and be able to reach their minimum sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum qualification BGCSE/IGCSE or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and the language of the area he / she is assigned to (both written and spoken).
  • Sales Experience at least 3years.
  • Drive, motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Must be charismatic and be able to interact with people.
  • Able to work unsupervised.
  • Timeous and Methodical able to plan.
  • Willingness to learn on a job.
  • Client-driven mindset and good customer service
  • Critical thinking skills when dealing with customer issues.
  • Must have a reliable car and a cellphone.
