Our client is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their executive team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination within their organization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diarise dates for reporting support Managers with the format of reports, adding graphs and data for information to be presented to EXCO Members to review the data presented.
  • Must be proficient in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing of agreements and important confidential documents digital and hard copy diaries to review.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain a diary for Tax, audit, board meetings, and annual general meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Compiling marketing proposals with Marketing and Sales Manager to completion, Incorporating Cash Flow Projections and Unit cost analysis.
  • Do Market Research and give informed presentations on Market trends and industry changes.
  • NBFIRA Keeping abreast of Regulatory updates and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Maintain a register to monitor deadline dates, expiry dates (i.e. leases), and Loan agreements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a financial institution or similar role.
  • Business Degree /PA diploma or certificate will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications e.g., Calendars and copy machines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Salary Range: P12000 - P15000 depending on experience
