Our Client is a leading financial service provider specializing in Purchase Order Financing. Their mission is to provide fast, reliable, and accessible financial solutions that enable businesses to fulfill their contractual obligations efficiently.
Job Brief:
The Loan Clerk will be responsible for sales through various channels, supporting the loan process by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining loan documentation, verifying applicant information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting Sales targets
- Implementing the full vetting and affordability process
- Creating quotations for clients and sales team
- Turnkey administrative tasks (filing)
- Capturing all client and loan data on LMS
- Assisting in client relationship
- Monitoring goods for delivery and invoicing
- Collection of current loans
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 1 year experience in Microlending industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Goal oriented
- Excellent communication Skills
- Customer service

The successful candidate will be based in Gaborone and may be required to travel
