Our client is a fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technologies, headquartered in Dubai.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR data within internal systems.
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and exit procedures.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in maintaining up-to-date HR policies, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate office setup and relocation projects, managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate on workspace design and layout planning to align with the organizations culture, efficiency, and productivity goals.
  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional, organized, and well-functioning work environment.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Interior Design, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations and office or facility management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing office fit-out projects and a solid understanding of workspace/interior design concepts.
  • Background in hospitality, serviced offices, or coworking spaces is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
