Our client, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in the Philippines, is expanding its team and seeking experienced or aspiring Sports Traders.
⟢ Requirements:
- Willingness to work in the Subic office.
- Excellent, comprehensive general sports knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the global sporting calendar.
- Highly developed mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding work ethic and professionalism.
- Strong general IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, which will include evenings, weekends, and overnight periods as required.
- Previous experience in a sports trading role is desirable but not mandatory.
⟢ Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor pricing to ensure effective liability control.
- Accurately process and settle sporting events.
- Oversee the ordering, setup, and settlement of Sportsbook products.
- Make informed decisions regarding bet acceptance.
- Perform customer analysis and management.
- Monitor and manage site content.
- Liaise with external providers as needed.
- Implement fraud prevention measures to protect the company.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports.
