Our client, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in the Philippines, is expanding its team and seeking experienced or aspiring Sports Traders.

⟢ Requirements: 

  • Willingness to work in the Subic office.
  • Excellent, comprehensive general sports knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of the global sporting calendar.
  • Highly developed mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding work ethic and professionalism.
  • Strong general IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, which will include evenings, weekends, and overnight periods as required.
  • Previous experience in a sports trading role is desirable but not mandatory.

⟢ Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor pricing to ensure effective liability control.
  • Accurately process and settle sporting events.
  • Oversee the ordering, setup, and settlement of Sportsbook products.
  • Make informed decisions regarding bet acceptance.
  • Perform customer analysis and management.
  • Monitor and manage site content.
  • Liaise with external providers as needed.
  • Implement fraud prevention measures to protect the company.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports.
