Our client is a software development and digital solutions company serving clients across the FinTech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. The company has successfully delivered 20+ innovative products across 5 international markets, including Brazil, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

⟢ Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment, covering the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong sourcing & research skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, mature, and collaborative mindset
  • High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and flexibility in fast-changing environments
  • Demonstrated success in closing technical roles
  • Experience hiring for management and design positions is a strong advantage
  • English proficiency at B1 level or above

⟢ Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including screening, interviews, and offer stages
  • Drive and optimize strategic recruiting initiatives
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines
  • Develop long-term, win-win relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, clear feedback between all stakeholders
  • Contribute to recruitment planning and support company growth initiatives

The initial phase of this role is a remote, commission-based freelance position for the first month, after which relocation to UAE will be mandatory.
