Location: Bowie MD
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekend On-Call Rotation)
Compensation: Competitive Pay + Benefits + Company Vehicle

Are you a skilled technician with experience in bath or shower installations? Do you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on repair work, and providing outstanding customer service? If so, PJ Fitzpatrick is looking for a Bath Warranty Technician to join our team!

As a Bath Warranty Technician, youll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with installed bath and shower systems while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. This role also includes assisting with active installations as needed and keeping detailed reports on service calls and repairs.

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose bath and shower system issues, providing effective solutions
• Perform hands-on repairs and installations using hand and power tools
• Evaluate potential repair needs and provide written estimates for non-warranty work
• Complete work orders and collect customer payments
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean and properly serviced
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction with every job
• Communicate regularly with the Warranty Coordinator after each job to report findings

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing bath or shower installation concerns
• Experience in bath installations, plumbing, or general home improvement is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency in completing repairs
• Ability to lift and carry up to 105 lbs., work on ladders, and spend extended time driving between service locations
