Sales Executive - Interior Design

Salary Range:

AED 10,000 - 15,000 + 10% commission on business and other benefits

Job Location:

Dubai, with frequent travels to KSA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Interior Designer to join our team. This role combines design expertise with strong sales acumen to deliver customized interior solutions that meet client needs while achieving business targets. You will be responsible for client consultations, developing design proposals, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Create and present customized interior design concepts and mood boards.
• Prepare layout plans, material boards, and visualizations.
• Provide detailed quotations and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with the design and project execution teams.
• Drive sales by converting leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior design and sales (2 - 5 years preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A passion for design and customer service.
