Role Overview

Were looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has experience across digital and traditional channels, and a proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution.


Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives

- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and offline channels

- Oversee content creation, branding, and visual communication efforts

- Manage the marketing budget, track spend, and ensure cost-effective execution

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

- Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations

- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners

- Lead brand partnerships, PR opportunities, and events when relevant

- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 in a managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful campaigns

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems
