Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our traditional and modern FMCG sales operations across Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and traditional trade partners.

Implement structured sales processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Coach and train field teams on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

Monitor and improve collection performance in all regions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed commercial decisions.
- Develop city-wise growth strategies, ensuring effective execution at the ground level.
- Ensure team compliance with company standards, pricing policies, and operational SOPs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong background in modern, traditional trade or wholesale
