Role Overview
Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead the growth of our Soda Water product line. Youll oversee everything from positioning to promotion, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive F&B market.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and execute brand plans aligned with business goals

Define the brands voice, image, and market positioning

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Product Marketing

Collaborate with R&D on new product development and packaging

Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for product launches
Campaign Development

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and OOH

Coordinate with creative and media agencies
Consumer & Market Insights

Conduct market research and track industry trends

Analyze brand performance and identify growth opportunities
Channel & Trade Marketing
- Work with sales teams to ensure strong brand presence across HORECA, retail, and e-commerce

Support in-store activations and POS materials
Budget Management

Manage brand marketing budgets

Track and report ROI on marketing initiatives
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Digital, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beverages or F&B
- Track record of launching or scaling a consumer brand
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
