Role Overview

Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead the growth of our Soda Water product line. Youll oversee everything from positioning to promotion, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive F&B market.


Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute brand plans aligned with business goals

  • Define the brands voice, image, and market positioning

  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints


Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with R&D on new product development and packaging

  • Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for product launches


Campaign Development

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and OOH

  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies


Consumer & Market Insights

  • Conduct market research and track industry trends

  • Analyze brand performance and identify growth opportunities


Channel & Trade Marketing

  • Work with sales teams to ensure strong brand presence across HORECA, retail, and e-commerce
  • Support in-store activations and POS materials


Budget Management

  • Manage brand marketing budgets

  • Track and report ROI on marketing initiatives


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Digital, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution


Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)

- 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beverages or F&B

- Track record of launching or scaling a consumer brand

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing analytics

- Excellent communication and project management skills
