Job Purpose
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple social platforms. This role will contribute to content planning, community engagement, performance tracking, influencer coordination, and support both brand awareness and lead generation efforts through organic and paid activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies to boost engagement, visibility, and conversions.
- Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and business objectives.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
2. Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the graphic designer to produce engaging visuals and video content.
- Contribute to content ideation and storytelling strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Write creative and effective captions tailored for different platforms in English (Arabic is a plus).
3. Influencer Engagement
- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and manage ongoing collaborations.
- Maintain and update a database of influencers and track their performance in
- campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and support reporting.
4. Strategic Execution
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies focused on brand growth, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Align organic and paid social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates and propose creative ideas accordingly.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics to monitor KPIs like reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and extract actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Adjust messaging and targeting based on audience behavior and campaign results.
6. Paid Campaign Support
- Assist in the creation and optimization of paid social media campaigns, including post boosting and audience targeting.
- Contribute to A/B testing and retargeting efforts to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align paid activities with brand messaging and SEO goals.Required Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms and audience behavior.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Proficient with Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media.
- Experience in influencer outreach and community engagement.
- Understanding of lead generation strategies and the social media sales funnel.
