Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) client portfolio. This role requires strong sales capabilities, account management experience, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key HORECA accounts

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territory
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with buyers, chefs, and business owners

Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Ensure smooth coordination with logistics, operations, and customer service teams

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Handle client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports

Represent the company at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in F&B or hospitality supply

Solid network within the HORECA sector

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated with excellent time management
