Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) client portfolio. This role requires strong sales capabilities, account management experience, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key HORECA accounts

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territory

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with buyers, chefs, and business owners
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements

  • Ensure smooth coordination with logistics, operations, and customer service teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Handle client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels

  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports

  • Represent the company at industry events, tastings, and trade shows


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in F&B or hospitality supply
  • Solid network within the HORECA sector

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
