Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of fresh flowers and floral arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the floral industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities with florists, event planners, hotels, and retailers
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction

Promote seasonal flowers, custom arrangements, and bulk orders

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries

Stay updated on floral trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or floral markets when required
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting to management
Requirements

Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Horticulture, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of sales experience, ideally in the floral, horticulture, or F&B supply sector

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally
