Job Summary:

The Retail Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the daily operations, sales performance, and store standards across TLT outlets. The role ensures that brand SOPs are upheld, store teams are supported, and all operational and administrative processes are executed efficiently. This position is vital in maintaining a high level of customer service, merchandising quality, and back-office accuracy across the brands retail footprint.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Support

  • Ensure all TLT stores follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, POS transactions, staff attendance, and petty cash usage.
  • Support the opening of new stores, store maintenance, and staff deployment.


2. Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly store sales vs. targets and assist with performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure KPIs like UPT, ATV, and Conversion Rates are achieved.
  • Highlight sales opportunities and low-performing areas to the Retail Manager.


3. Stock & Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with warehouse/distribution teams for timely replenishments.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, transfers, and reconciliation across TLT branches.
  • Ensure stock accuracy between system and physical count, minimizing shrinkage and loss.


4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

  • Ensure store displays, window presentations, and product arrangements are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support roll-out of promotional campaigns and seasonal launches in coordination with marketing.
  • Conduct routine checks to maintain store ambiance, cleanliness, and customer experience.


5. Administrative & Compliance Tasks 

  • Maintain records related to operations, licenses, permits, and daily checklists.
  • Assist in updating store documentation and internal communication as needed.
  • Support with staff documentation, scheduling, and HR coordination where required.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Store compliance with SOPs and operational checklists
  • Sales performance tracking and report turnaround time
  • Accuracy of stock transfers and physical counts
  • Visual merchandising adherence rate
  • Timely support to store teams and issue resolution


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in retail operations or store coordination Proficient in MS Office and POS/ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel across stores and work flexible hours including weekends
