Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations. This dual role requires someone with excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Office Management Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and supplies.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping.
- Organize internal events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
