Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager cum Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations. This dual role requires someone with excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Duties:

Oversee daily office operations and supplies.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.

Manage office budgets and expenses.

Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping.

Organize internal events and meetings.
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
