Role Overview
We are hiring a proactive and hands-on Retail Manager to oversee daily operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate will ensure high operational standards, excellent customer service, and strong team performance while driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, stock availability, and visual merchandising

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service

Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and team performance
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to meet targets

Maintain stock control, handle inventory planning, and reduce shrinkage

Ensure proper execution of promotions and pricing updates

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and central office as needed
- Report regularly to management on store performance and operational needs
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in supermarket or large-format retail management
