Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead our expansion across Levant (Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen) and parts of Africa. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a start-up mindset ready to build markets, manage customers and distributors, and wear multiple hats to drive growth and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and market expansion across assigned countries.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers.
- Drive P&L responsibility, focusing on sales numbers, profitability, and market share.
- Knock on new doors and unleash market potential with a strong go-getter attitude
Develop and execute local strategies tailored to each markets needs.
- Recruit, train, and support local teams and partners where needed.

Represent the brand with humility, resilience, and adaptability in challenging environments.

Report regularly on KPIs, forecasts, and market opportunities to HQ.
Key Requirements:
- 8 - 12 years of FMCG experience, preferably in confectionery, biscuits, or similar categories.
- Experience working with distributors across diverse markets (Levant, Africa, GCC).
Entrepreneurial spirit; hands-on, resilient, and solutions-oriented
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment without rigid corporate structures.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
