Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead sales representatives across assigned territories.

  • Drive sales performance across modern trade, traditional trade, and wholesale channels.

  • Ensure proper product distribution, visibility, and availability.

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Implement company sales strategies and ensure target achievement.

  • Support team training, development, and daily operations.

  • Ensure collection targets are met and customer accounts are managed properly.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of FMCG sales experience across modern, traditional, and wholesale channels.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Results-driven with a good understanding of market dynamics.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
