Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of joinery projects
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
  • Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports
  • Monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Ensure materials procurement aligns with project timelines
  • Control project costs and manage budgets
  • Resolve technical and operational issues during execution
  • Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in joinery projects
  • Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation
  • Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and client-handling skills
