Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing proposals, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining prospect databases, and supporting marketing initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare professional sales proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Create, maintain, and update prospect databases and CRM records.
  • Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, product information, and lead times.
  • Prepare and compare quotations for client submissions.
  • Assist the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and tracking opportunities.
  • Support tender submissions and ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media content, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information required for sales activities.
  • Generate sales reports and monitor pipeline progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Business Development support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals and commercial documents.
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers and obtaining quotations.
  • Understanding of sales processes and basic marketing principles.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and branding.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative sales team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
