Finance Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. The role will focus on financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and ensure sound financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by consolidating data and providing variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
• Monitor key financial metrics, track performance against targets, and highlight risks or opportunities
• Conduct cost analysis and profitability studies across departments, products, or projects
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Assist in preparing management presentations and board reports
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls and policies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters or CFA a plus)
• 5 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and reporting standards
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to non-finance stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
