Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive bookings and revenue for our Holiday Homes portfolio. The role focuses on generating new clients, securing short-term and long-stay tenants, building corporate partnerships, and maximizing occupancy across properties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue across the holiday homes portfolio.
  • Generate new business through corporate accounts, travel agencies, relocation companies, tour operators, and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, agents, and business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for long-stay bookings, group bookings, and repeat business.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including calls, meetings, networking, and client presentations.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts to ensure recurring bookings.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers to increase lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy performance.
  • Work closely with reservations and operations teams to ensure excellent guest experience and smooth booking processes.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial agreements with corporate and agency partners.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and occupancy targets.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and hospitality-related events when required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of sales experience within Holiday Homes, hospitality, travel, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE holiday homes and tourism market is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
