Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager HORECA to manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, and a proven ability to deliver sales growth through strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering groups
 - Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts and product categories
 - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the HORECA channel
 - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships
 - Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
 - Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies
 - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans
 - Support product launches, sampling activities, and menu placements within the HORECA segment
 - Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
 - 4 - 7 years of experience in sales or key account management within the HORECA or foodservice sector
 - Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and key customer networks
 - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
 - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
 - Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
 - Valid UAE driving license
