Earnings: OTE £85,000+ (uncapped)

Overview

This is an opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing business with the flexibility and earning potential of a self-employed model.

This role is ideal for someone commercially driven who wants to take ownership of their earnings and build their own pipeline, with support available where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to client needs
• Manage the full mortgage process from enquiry through to completion
• Build and maintain your own pipeline of clients and introducers
• Stay up to date with mortgage products, lenders and market trends
• Ensure all activity is compliant with FCA regulations
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell protection and other services

Requirements

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Ability to generate and manage your own business
• Strong commercial awareness and self-motivation
• Comfortable working independently
