3. Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our insurance product offerings and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and Sales Managers to achieve overall team goals and share best practices.
