Senior Systems Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and Senior Battery System Engineer to join our clients highly capable team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and testing advanced energy storage systems. The position requires someone who is passionate about innovative battery solutions, a strong technical background, and is a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test battery systems that meet product specifications.
• You analyze, define and document customer requirements and develop the best technical solution together with the team and sales
• Collaborate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Create functional requirements, test, test protocols, and validation reports.
• Analyze and interpret data to make sound technical
• Maintain technical documentation and provide training as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Phuysics, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred
• 5+ of experience of relevant professional experience in automotive development, preferably in the field of automotive electronics and/or electromobility up to series production
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as UL, CE, and international battery safety regulations
• Proven ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Fluency in English and German is required, Chinese language skills are a plus
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Willingness to learn and stay current with battery technology advancements.
