Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly-skilled and Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage the development of battery projects. The Technical Project Manager will an integral role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to battery technology development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from design concept to final product launch, ensuring all technical requirements are met
• Develop and implement project plans that address technical risks and issues and ensure on-time delivery within and scope.
• Work with cross-functional teams to that technical specifications are aligned with project.
• Lead project team meetings, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans that support project goals.
• Monitor and control project activities ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to technical requirements.
• Stakeholder relationships and communicate project status updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management within an automotive or battery development environment
• Ideally you will have a good understanding of battery technology development, application, and production.
• Proven experience managing complex to successful completion on-time, on-budget, and high-quality.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to and influence cross-functional teams.
