About the job Sales Account Manager
Specific Accountabilities:
Establishes and implements strategic objectives for Sales and Marketing in conjunction with the Senior Management Team
Develops the Sales and Marketing budget
Manages and maintains a professional relationship with existing Key Accounts
Creates new business opportunities by pursuing and developing relationships with new accounts
Performs on-going research in the pursuit of new product development
Establishes and implements marketing strategies that meet the organizational philosophy Do It Right The First Time
Designs and facilitates implementation of promotional initiatives to boost brand image
Ideal Qualification:
University degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales & Marketing
5-7 years experience
Excellent understanding of Account Management, Customer Service and Brand Management principles
Fully proficient in Excel, Word; and Microsoft and ERP; experience with NAVISION a definite asset
Excellent diplomatic, persuasive and negotiation skills
Excellent ability to think strategically and creatively
Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills, with emphasis on time management and multi-tasking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
Ability to work under moderate pressure in order to meet scheduled deadlines
Team player able to work independently and relate with all levels of staff and Procedures at all times
