Storekeeper

- Job Title: Storekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive goods, ensuring their safety and compliance with specifications.
* Organize inventory and ensure records are updated regularly.
* Use accounting software and systems to manage inventory.
* Track the movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
* Ensure proper distribution of goods to stores and restaurants.
* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with electronic records.
* Manage orders and coordinate shipping and delivery processes.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
* Collaborate with various teams (e.g., sales and distribution teams) to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 
* At least 2-3 years of previous experience as a warehouse keeper or in a similar role.
* Proficient in computer use and accounting program software.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Familiarity with warehouse equipment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
* Good knowledge of inventory management and auditing processes.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

* استقبال البضائع والتأكد من سلامتها ووفقا للمواصفات.
* تنظيم المخزون وضمان تحديث السجلات بشكل دوري.
* استخدام النظام المحاسبي والبرامج المخصصة لإدارة المخزون.
* متابعة حركة المنتجات داخل المستودع والخارج منه.
* ضمان التوزيع السليم للبضائع إلى المتاجر والمطاعم.
* إجراء الجرد الدوري والتحقق من التوازن بين السجلات الفعلية والإلكترونية.
* متابعة الطلبات وتنسيق عمليات الشحن والتسليم.
* التأكد من نظافة وتنظيم المستودع بشكل مستمر.
* التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة (مثل فريق المبيعات وفرق التوزيع) لضمان تنفيذ العمليات بكفاءة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

* شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
* خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في العمل كأمين مستودع أو في مجال مشابه.
* إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرنامج محاسبي. 
* مهارات تنظيمية عالية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
* القدرة على التعامل مع معدات المستودعات.
* مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
* معرفة جيدة بالمخزون وإجراءات الجرد.
