HR Manager

- Job Title: HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall
business goals.

Build internal systems and documentation (policies, procedures, performance reviews, onboarding, etc.).

Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Manage employee relations and resolve internal conflicts.

Oversee performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Monitor compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Maintain and manage HR tools, databases, and records.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.

Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance
standards.

Proven ability to build HR systems from the ground up.

Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.

Proficiency with HRMS platforms and administrative tools.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة.

إعداد وتحديث الأنظمة والوثائق الداخلية مثل السياسات والإجراءات، تقييم الأداء، وبرامج الاستقطاب والتأهيل.

قيادة عمليات التوظيف واختيار الكفاءات المناسبة بما يتوافق مع احتياجات الشركة.

إدارة علاقات الموظفين ومعالجة أي قضايا أو نزاعات داخلية بشكل فعال.

الإشراف على نظام إدارة الأداء وبرامج التدريب والتطوير المهني.

ضمان الالتزام بكافة القوانين واللوائح المحلية الخاصة بالعمل والمعايير التنظيمية للشركة.

إدارة وصيانة قواعد بيانات الموارد البشرية وأنظمة الإدارة ذات الصلة. 

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية، ويفضل في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة أو قطاع إبداعي.

إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية (HRMS) والأدوات الإدارية.

إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
