Responsibilities:
- Participate in establishing the company's financial and accounting system from the ground up, including chart of accounts, financial policies, and procedures.

Record journal entries and maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory records.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monitor liquidity.

Implement and maintain internal control systems and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation.

Contribute to financial planning and support strategic decision-making.

Demonstrate readiness for career growth toward the Financial Manager role as the company expands.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or construction materials accounting.

Proven experience in setting up accounting systems from scratch.

Proficiency in accounting software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good command of English.

المشاركة في إعداد الخطط المالية المستقبلية والمساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات المالية الاستراتيجية.

القابلية للتطور المهني نحو دور المدير المالي مع توسع نشاط المنشأة.
- بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة الصناعية أو في مصانع مواد البناء.

خبرة مثبتة في تأسيس الأنظمة المالية من البداية.

إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة.

مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية عالية.
-
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.

مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
