*Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations.
Process and reconcile accounts payable and payment-related transactions.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Monitor cash flows and banking transactions to ensure financial stability.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
Update financial records using "Al-Ameen" Accounting Software.
Prepare financial reports.

*Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the food distribution or retail sector.
Proven experience in using the "Al-Ameen" accounting software.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

تنفيذ عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية وضمان إعداد البيانات المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
مراقبة التدفقات النقدية والمعاملات البنكية لضمان الاستقرار المالي.
المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية.
إجراء تدقيقات منتظمة لضمان دقة البيانات المالية.
التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان سير العمليات المالية بسلاسة.
تحديث السجلات المالية باستخدام برنامج "الأمين" للمحاسبة.
إعداد التقارير المالية.

المتطلبات:

شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع توزيع المواد الغذائية أو تجارة التجزئة.
"خبرة مثبتة في استخدام برنامج المحاسبة "الأمين.
إلمام قوي بمبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية.
دقة متناهية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
ًمهارات تواصل ممتازة، كتابيًا وشفهيا.
إجادة استخدام حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسل، وورد، إلخ).
