Site Engineer

- Job Title: Site Engineer.

- Location: Aleppo.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities, especially concrete casting operations
• Follow up daily with work crews and subcontractors to ensure timely progress
• Ensure implementation of work according to technical drawings and specifications
• Coordinate between different teams on site to avoid delays or technical issues
• Inspect materials and work quality to ensure compliance with project standards
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the site/project manager
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure all work is carried out safely

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project execution, particularly in renovation and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, as well as concrete casting and structural works
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project implementation
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus
• Good proficiency in English

المهام/المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

الإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ في الموقع، وخاصة عمليات صب الخرسانة

متابعة عمل الورشات اليومية والمقاولين لضمان سير العمل ضمن الجدول الزمني

التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال حسب المخططات والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة

التنسيق بين الفرق المختلفة في الموقع لتفادي التأخير أو المشاكل الفنية

فحص المواد وجودة التنفيذ للتأكد من مطابقتها للمعايير والمواصفات

إعداد وتقديم تقارير يومية وأسبوعية عن تقدم العمل لمدير الموقع أو المشروع

مراقبة إجراءات السلامة في الموقع والتأكد من الالتزام بها أثناء العمل

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تنفيذ المشاريع، خصوصًا مشاريع تأهيل وصيانة المباني والبنية التحتية وأعمال الصب والخرسانة

معرفة جيدة بأساليب البناء وتنفيذ المشاريع

القدرة على قراءة وتحليل المخططات المعمارية والإنشائية

مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة مع فرق العمل

إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وAutoCAD وأدوات إدارة المشاريع تُعد ميزة إضافية

إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية
