About the job Hospitality Director
Requirement:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hospitality or customer experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards within the aviation, luxury, or travel industries.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and project management.
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor negotiation processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive hospitality strategy aligned with the brands values and customer expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional guest experience programs across all service channels.
- Oversee in-flight catering, lounge services, cabin crew hospitality standards, and VIP services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote brand image and customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes related to hospitality services and supplies.
- Drive customer feedback analysis and service innovation based on market trends and benchmarks.
- Lead strategic projects related to hospitality, including new product development and service improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest experience and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and coaching to hospitality teams at the operational and managerial levels.
