Requirement:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hospitality or customer experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards within the aviation, luxury, or travel industries.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and project management.
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor negotiation processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive hospitality strategy aligned with the brands values and customer expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional guest experience programs across all service channels.
  • Oversee in-flight catering, lounge services, cabin crew hospitality standards, and VIP services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote brand image and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes related to hospitality services and supplies.
  • Drive customer feedback analysis and service innovation based on market trends and benchmarks.
  • Lead strategic projects related to hospitality, including new product development and service improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest experience and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to hospitality teams at the operational and managerial levels.
