Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control, and related equipment.
  
• Perform site assessments and determine the optimal placement of cameras, sensors, and control panels.
  
• Run cables and wiring in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  
• Test installed systems to ensure proper functionality and coverage.
  
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults or malfunctions in existing systems.
  
• Ensure installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements.
  
• Prepare and complete all required documentation, including service reports and installation records.
  
• Provide technical support and training to end users on system operations.
  
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
  
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• High school diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Security Systems, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 12 years of experience in CCTV and alarm system installation.
  
• Solid understanding of wiring, networking basics, and low-voltage systems.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  
• Physical ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  
• Good communication and customer service skills.

المهام/المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

تركيب وتهيئة وصيانة أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة التلفزيونية المغلقة، وأجهزة إنذار الدخلاء، ومراقبة الدخول، والمعدات ذات الصلة.
إجراء تقييمات للموقع وتحديد المواقع الأمثل للكاميرات وأجهزة الاستشعار ولوحات التحكم.
تمديد الكابلات والأسلاك في البيئات السكنية والتجارية والصناعية.
اختبار الأنظمة المثبتة لضمان عملها وتغطيتها بشكل سليم.
استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتشخيص الأعطال في الأنظمة الحالية.
التأكد من امتثال التركيبات للأكواد والمعايير المعمول بها ومتطلبات العملاء.
إعداد وإكمال جميع الوثائق المطلوبة، بما في ذلك تقارير الخدمة وسجلات التركيب.
تقديم الدعم الفني والتدريب للمستخدمين النهائيين على عمليات النظام.
الحفاظ على الأدوات والمعدات في حالة عمل آمنة.
التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق والتواصل بفعالية مع العملاء.

المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات:

دبلوم ثانوية عامة أو شهادة فنية في الإلكترونيات، أو أنظمة الأمن، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن ١٢ عامًا في تركيب كاميرات المراقبة وأنظمة الإنذار.
فهم متعمق لأساسيات الأسلاك والشبكات وأنظمة الجهد المنخفض.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الفنية والمخططات التخطيطية وأدلة التشغيل.
مهارات قوية في تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها.
القدرة البدنية على العمل على السلالم، وأسطح المنازل، والأماكن الضيقة.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة.
مهارات جيدة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
